Brinx Deli and Cafe

Brinx was established in April 2011 and is the brainchild of Kristy the kooky barista…The whimsical world of Brinx, “Change the way you think.”

Located in a stunningly renovated premises with picturesque high original ceilings in the deli and beautiful lighting, it’s a sight to see. Steel shelving that goes over the original archway is not just shelving but a feature in itself. As you walk into the cafe you get a feeling of intimacy which is reminiscent of an urban industrial vibe with pops of colour.

With a larger space for our deli our product lines have increased; slicing & cutting meats & cheeses “fresh” to order. Stocking a huge range of local products made on the Granite Belt which also feature heavily on our menu as we source as much local produce where possible. Brinx is multicultural and diverse with goodies sourced from all over the globe. To eat – meals from breakfast to lunch revolve around the deli. With over 12 options for breakfast plus daily specials, there’s something for everyone 🙂 We dare to be different! Definitely no Eggs Benny on our menu !!! 😉

A wide range of menu options catering for all types including Vegetarian, Vegan & gluten-free. To Drink – Campos Coffee and T2 tea. Antipasto Platters, Cheese Platters, Catering options & Specialty cakes are also available. We also supply pick up catering specialising in Grazing boards & actual “cheese” tower cakes. ( great at Weddings or Parties )
